The Zeitwinkel 082° Enamel Grand Feu is a standout among contemporary independent pieces, thanks to its breathtaking enamel dial executed in the rare “Grand Feu” technique—a high-heat firing process that produces a rich, luminous surface built to last for generations.
The hand-blued, handmade hands (yes, actually handmade—each set takes over a day to finish) are matched with distinctive blue enamel numerals in Zeitwinkel’s signature typeface.
At its core is the in-house ZW0102 movement with German silver plates, automatic winding, and a 72-hour power reserve—visible through the sapphire caseback accented by the addition of blued screws reserved for these handmade dial variants.
At 39mm, this piece leans into classical proportions but feels modern in execution, with sharp finishing, a pure three-hand layout, and just enough quirk to feel deeply special. It’s an extremely limited-production piece, crafted with care in Saint-Imier, Switzerland by a team that leans into traditional techniques with obsessive attention to detail.
CONDITION
Great pre-worn condition overall, showing light, honest signs of wear around the case and clasp consistent with standard use. No major dings or scratches—just a watch that’s been worn with appreciation.
