SHIPPING

On all watch purchases, the Watchable Shop is proud to offer trackable insured shipping through its flagship shipping partners, anywhere within the US and Canada. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and will be based on your location, and the total insured value of the watch. 

We will ship select items overseas, but please contact us ahead of your purchase to confirm, and to coordinate arrangements. 

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process the order. 
  • Once order is processed please allow an additional day 2-5 business days for shipping.
  • Watches are packaged with the utmost care and plenty of padding. 
  • On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer, as the importer, to pay any import duties, and/or taxes. No allowances will be made on the price of the watch to offset these fees. We are obligated to declare the full value of the watch in order for the package to be fully insured.
  • Requirements for international shipments may vary, depending on the shipment's value, and the destination country. With this in mind, there may be a certain amount of involvement, and timely responsiveness required on behalf of you, the customer/importer, in order to ensure the watch finds its way to you, without delay. In short, it's a team effort!
  • In the very rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or compromised in any way, you must inform us the same day of delivery.
RETURNS
    • Returns are accepted within 5 days of the item being delivered if you are not satisfied.
    • Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, and must be fully insured.
    • If a return is requested within the return period, a full refund will be issued, less the cost of shipping, duties, and of any payment processing fees from the original purchase. 
    • In order to receive a credit or refund, the watch/item, packaging, and its contents must be in the same exact condition as it was when packaged by us. The watch must be boxed as it was when received: double boxed (new boxes, not re-used), label on both inner and outer box, and well padded. Any failure to meet these requirement will result in a decline of your refund request and/or insurance coverage.
