SHIPPING

On all watch purchases, the Watchable Shop is proud to offer trackable insured shipping through its flagship shipping partners, anywhere within the US and Canada. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and will be based on your location, and the total insured value of the watch.

We will ship select items overseas, but please contact us ahead of your purchase to confirm, and to coordinate arrangements.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process the order.
Once order is processed please allow an additional day 2-5 business days for shipping.
Watches are packaged with the utmost care and plenty of padding.
On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the customer, as the importer, to pay any import duties, and/or taxes. No allowances will be made on the price of the watch to offset these fees. We are obligated to declare the full value of the watch in order for the package to be fully insured.
Requirements for international shipments may vary, depending on the shipment's value, and the destination country. With this in mind, there may be a certain amount of involvement, and timely responsiveness required on behalf of you, the customer/importer, in order to ensure the watch finds its way to you, without delay. In short, it's a team effort!
In the very rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or compromised in any way, you must inform us the same day of delivery.

RETURNS

For purchases made directly through Watchable Shop, returns are accepted within 3 days of the item being delivered to you, or anyone authorized to take delivery on your behalf.
Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, and must be fully insured.
If a return is requested within the return period, a full refund will be issued, less the cost of shipping, duties, and of any payment processing fees from the original purchase.
In order to receive a credit or refund, the watch/item, packaging, and its contents must be in the same exact condition as it was when packaged by us. The watch must be boxed as it was when received: double boxed (new boxes, not re-used), label on both inner and outer box, and well padded. Any failure to meet these requirement will result in a decline of your refund request and/or insurance coverage.
Purchases made where Watchable Shop acts as a third-party broker are not subject to the above return policy. In brokered sales, any return or refund request must be handled directly with the original seller.

THE WATCHABLE SERVICE WARRANTY

We stand by our work. This is why we offer a limited service warranty for any watch sold through the Watchable Shop that have received a service by our in-house watchmaker.

The “Watchable Service Warranty” is valid for the longer of:

Ten months from the service date
Six months from the purchase date

The warranty covers internal movement defects and core timekeeping functionality under normal use, and within the normal acceptable parameters of pre-worn and vintage timekeeping standards.

Water Resistance: Waterproof or water-resistant ratings are not guaranteed for vintage timepieces, and it is always recommended that these watches be kept away from water.

External Damage: Excluded from coverage is damage to the crystal/glass, case, crown, pushers, strap, bracelet, or buckle resulting from drops, impacts, or normal wear-and-tear.

Third-Party Interference: This warranty becomes immediately void if the watch is opened, repaired, or tampered with by any unauthorized third-party watchmaker not affiliated the Watchable Shop.

Watches that have been noted as unserviced, having unknown service history, or having been serviced while under the care of previous owner are sold as is, and not covered under this warranty.
