DESCRIPTION

Originally designed for spelunkers and cave explorers, the Rolex Explorer II has always been a tool watch at heart, built for low-light environments, with a fixed 24-hour bezel and independently adjustable GMT hand for tracking a second time zone or distinguishing day from night. 

The 226570, released in 2021 for the model’s 50th anniversary, refines the legacy with slimmer lugs, a slightly wider bracelet, and a sleeker overall case profile. Inside ticks Rolex’s cal. 3285 movement with a 70-hour power reserve. Classic black dial, brushed bezel, and orange accents keep it unmistakably Explorer.

CONDITION

Excellent pre-worn condition, showing minimal surface wear on the case, bezel, and bracelet, consistent with light use. A tiny nick is present on the bevel of the lower left lug, along with a faint scuff on the case side (refer to photos).
