Vintage Tissot Antimagnetique "pointer date'' Ref 6603 / 6446 ( c. 1950's)

Vintage Tissot...an absolute sleeper in the world of vintage watch collecting. From its aged cream dial, to its candy apple red date indicator, this stunning vintage Tissot pointer date is a real treat.

Boasting a perfectly compact 35mm case diameter, this watch has a charming presence on the wrist. Other highlights include the vibrant red dates printed on the outer ring of the dial, the gorgeous seconds sub-register, and the vintage Tissot logo (my favourite version) stamped dial. 

The watch is showing wear that you would expect from a 70 year old watch. The dial and hands appear to be all-original. Some of the paint has come off the red date hand over time, but it is still presenting overall as beautiful punch of red on the watch. The case is in great condition for its age, still showing sharp lines. It may have been polished at some point, but not overly polished. The stamped caseback is original (with one scratch across the top) and should not be overlooked as a wonderfully preserved feature of the watch. 

The service history is unknown, but the watch is running well, and pointer date clicks over as it should. Watch sold as is.
