Stefan Kudoke, an award-winning German watchmaker, brings his signature craftsmanship to this limited-edition regulator. Kudoke refined his expertise at Glashütte Original before launching his own brand, KUDOKE, known for intricate hand-engraved movements and a modern take on traditional watchmaking.

The Le Régulateur Louis Erard x KUDOKE Purple is based on Louis Erard’s 42mm Essence Regulator model, reimagined through Kudoke’s artistic vision. The dial features Kudoke’s hallmark design elements, including an elegantly grained lower section and a Clous de Paris hobnail-patterned hours sub-dial at 12 o’clock. The distinctive infinity-shaped hour hand and rhodium-plated nameplates for “LOUIS ERARD” and “KUDOKE” add an elegant contrast. This Purple edition is limited to just 78 pieces worldwide and comes on a matching grained calf leather strap.

Powering the watch is a Sellita SW266-1 automatic movement, featuring 31 jewels, hacking, hand-winding, sub-hours display, small seconds, and a 38-hour power reserve. A see-through case back showcases its refined finishing. The 42mm stainless steel case is polished, protected by a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. With 5 bar (50m) water resistance, this piece is both elegant and practical.

CONDITION REPORT

This Le Régulateur Louis Erard x KUDOKE Purple is a pre-worn example in excellent condition. The case exhibits only light wear, with hairline scratches visible under certain angles, but no major dings or deep scratches. The strap shows wear, and there was an extra notch made in the strap to fit a slightly smaller wrist. The sapphire crystal is pristine, and the watch functions flawlessly.

The watch comes as a full set, including the original Louis Erard presentation box, papers, and warranty card, dated October, 2024 - leaving the majority of its 3 year international warranty remaining.
