DESCRIPTION

Born from Jaeger-LeCoultre’s collaboration with Argentinian polo legend Adolfo Cambiaso, the Reverso Squadra Chronograph GMT Palermo Open puts a sport-luxury spin on the iconic Reverso format. This isn’t just a Reverso with a name badge. It’s a rugged, angular beast of a watch, with vulcanized rubber-coated steel case flanks and chronograph pushers that actually feel purpose-built. Its square-ish dial, balanced by a 12-hour chronograph, big date at 12, and a 24-hour second time zone at 6, is housed in a beefy 35mm x 50.5mm case with wrist presence to spare. Flip it over, and you’ll see the beautifully decorated in-house caliber 754 on display, complete with blued screws, Geneva striping, and an openworked rotor.

In case you were wondering, the “Palermo Open” is Argentina’s most prestigious polo tournament, which makes this watch’s rugged elegance all the more fitting. CONDITION

The watch is in excellent overall condition, with minor wear around the case, caseback, and clasp consistent with light prior use. A few tiny marks are visible on the upper steel section of the case. The black rubber-coated bracelet is in superb condition with virtually no wear and fits wrists up to 6.85 inches.
