Few watches have ever changed the course of horology quite like the original Spaceview, and the 314 carries that legacy forward with conviction. Instead of hiding the mechanics, Accutron once again puts its beating heart on full display, reviving the tuning fork technology that once redefined precision timekeeping in the 1960s.

At its core is the hand-assembled Calibre Y230, humming at 360Hz with that unmistakable F-sharp resonance, delivering a glide of the seconds hand that feels almost hypnotic. It’s a thoughtful evolution - modern materials like silicium and Elinvar paired with traditional finishing techniques, bringing both durability and refinement to an already iconic concept.

What makes this piece particularly compelling is how wearable it feels today. The 39mm case, slim profile, and balanced proportions make it feel exceptionally versatile, and it’s genuinely refreshing to see Accutron finally return to what made the Spaceview so special in the first place...embracing the tuning fork into a package that feels sleek, fun, and amazingly innovate, still after all these years.

Condition Report & Contents

This example is offered as a full set, originally purchased new on February 1st, 2026, and worn only lightly since.

• Case: Excellent overall condition with minimal surface marks on the bezel and case sides. Light hairlines present on the lugs, consistent with careful wear.
• Crystal: Clean and clear, with no notable imperfections whatsoever.
• Dial & Hands: Pristine open-work dial with fully visible tuning fork movement; no visible flaws.
• Strap & Clasp: Brown leather strap shows virtually no wear. Original signed deployant clasp has minor hairlines and small fleabites, nothing distracting.
• Movement: Accutron Cal. Y230 tuning fork movement, functioning as intended with its signature smooth sweep and audible hum.
